Week 10: Google for Business

     Many online tools can be beneficial for a business's success. Google offers numerous tools that are easily accessible, and most are available for free use. The Google Workspace Marketplace offers tools for both physical businesses and online businesses. After going through their available tools, I discovered many that could benefit my clothing brand business.

    The first tool that could be useful for my brand is Mailmeteor (for Gmail). The Mailmeteor tool enables businesses to send personalized mass emails via Gmail, track, and schedule them. This could benefit my brand by attracting loyal customers who are asked to sign up with their email for a VIP listing. I could use the Mailmeteor tool to send promotional offers, newsletter drops, and give my loyal supporters early access to the website whenever I drop a collection. Overall, the Mailmeteor tool helps save time, protects customer privacy, and is direct.

    Another tool that could be useful for my brand is the Form Publisher tool. This tool generates templated documents, such as PDFs and Google Docs, from Google Forms. I could use this tool for my brand by building custom orders, including the size, color, and quantity of my clothing, and then using Form Publisher to help generate the summary of the orders. I could also use Form Publisher to auto-generate order confirmations or invoices. It is a great tool to help keep any documents organized and simple.

    A great tool that could be useful for my brand is AI for Sheets Gemini GPT. This tool assists in automation, generation, and summarization within Google Sheets. This tool can benefit my business in analyzing customer data, extracting insights, and helping draft content ideas for the marketing of my brand. I could also use the tool to help me learn any trends within my sales for future drops. I could ask the AI assistant to identify which products are more popular.

    Overall, the internet is large and there are a lot of helpful tools that can help businesses succeed. Google has many tools that are simple to access and navigate. Businesses should take advantage of these tools as they can help to save time and run their business smoothly.
